    '94 25hp merc smokes

    Hello, I just purchased a used 1994 25hp merc and had it checked out, the mechanincs saying it was fine. I got it home hooked up water supply and started it up and it is smoking pretty bad. Is this normal? I know it is the correct mixture, but maybe its just old gas? How much are they supposed...

    12' V-hull engine questions

    I just aquired a fiberglass 12' V-hull and was curious to what is the biggest motor I could put on this? There was no plate in the boat saying capacity or max engine size, that is why I am curious.
