    guages going crazy

    ok if i go pass 4000 rpm my rpm and temp guage start going crazy going up and down really fast mind you my temp guage dont even work i cant get it to tell me temp of engine.if i lower the speed down to 4000 rpm then guage goes back to normal.any idea what i can do

    my overheating problem

    so i put in new impeller and new s/stat: as long as i stay within 5000 to 5200rpm im good but pass that and horn goes off.i dont get it.also i can be going and doing fine then hit a wave horn sound and turns off again BUT not in every wave just on some very little times.im so confused right now...

    where does my negative go on dual battery

    hey guys i think i know but want to make sure.im putting in a second battery on boat does my negative cable from the second battery go's to the neg. post off the first batt.then the neg.post off the first to the engine.is this correct

    rpm guage

    my rpm gauge and temp gauge dont work could it be my ignition switch thats mess up.are these two suppose to be wired to the switch.i know the temp one is from engine but does it come from engine into switch then to sender on guage
