    thank you all very much for helping me with my motor problems, it seemed as though the cdi went out and wasn't sending a signal to one of the coils, i replaced it and now it runs great very happy, thanks once again, i have a 1975 ranger with a 50 hr johnson:)

    50hr has spark in one cylinger but not the other

    i have a 1975 ranger bass boat with a 50hr on the back it has spark in one cylinder but not the other one i have swapped coils still no spark i have also replaced the coil but still nothing. can anyone help me please

    what is the right pitch

    i have a 1975 johnson with a 50 on it, i can't seem to get it up on plain when i gas it, it shoots out of the hole then nothing. I have a friend that said the prop is wrong? can anyone help

    timing marks for a johnson 50 1975

    Hey i have a 1975 johnson 50 seahorse. I was wondering what the timing marks are at idle and at full throttle. I'm a mechanic and i can't seem to find the answer, can anyone please help thanks...
