    i have a 71 i think 2hp evinrude. i had it runing in a barrel in march 09 we put new coil plug@wire.points looked fine@condenser all good right wrong now it wont start looks like water on the plug we also changed head gasket could it be flooded big time lots of spark. maybe timing if so how do i...
