    1998 Yamaha Cowl

    I had a 91 115 merc that I blew the head on. A guy has offered me his 1998 115 yamaha motor and controls for $2500. The problem is on the yamaha the cowl is bent and the cover won't fit on. Is there a lot of work to replacing the cowl? Also would I have to change the controls too!

    I have a 91 115hp merc. I chipped pieces off the #1 piston head. Bought Seloc manual to help fix but find it is very sketchy. Can I remove the carbs and crankcase as a hole unit?
