    Mercruiser 500 (50hp) Outboard pops out of gear

    Hoping someone may have has this similar problem and can provide some useful information. Older (1969) merc 500 outboard seems to pop out of forward gear at or near wot. Plenty of thrust and forward movement otherwise. Thank you.. OC
