    Hi all .. i was recently given a bayliner capri with a 84 85hp force .. My question is this the prev owner had the motor rebuilt used once then the boat sat for about 7 years and not having been used for such a long period of time is there anything i should do to motor before running ?     need help 16' bayliner stringers

    Hi all , I have recently started rebuilding a 16' Bayliner Capri and while tearing out all rotted material came across these small stringers in my boat they apear to be 1x1 and am wondering if it's necessary to cut out and replace ?? Other than that all seem's to be going great ... Any help...
