    Evinrude 115 V4 No Spark

    I am trying to get an Evinrude V4, 115 HP, 1983 going. Fuel is getting to the plugs (wet after cranking) but no spark in any cylinders. What should I address to troubleshoot? There is one fuse in system and looks fine. Is it possible I screwed something up by turning the flywheel...
