    3.7 wont start

    i have been reading and have been checking it out. when i first turn the key on i have 11.67 volts to the coil. then when i try to start it i only get 5.65 volts. the wires coming from off the electric choke are getting hot and so is the one going to the coil. what do i have to check out next...

    i own a 1987 3.7 470 and the front of my oil pan gasket is leaking. now can this bee done in the boat or do i have to remove the engine? Or can i just lift the engine up to get to it. just need some input before i get started.

    i own a 1986 volvo penta 125b with the 270 out drive in a 19ft boat. i was looking to move to a four bladed prop. my problem is that whenim pulling a tube and i turn i loose 10 mph. would the four bladed prop help me out in this situation?
