Just brought home a Hewescraft with a Model 90ELPTO(2001) Mercury outboard. It has not been run in at least a year. I have no manual but am itching to test run it here b/4 going to the river.
The fuel had Stabil added and I can add 2 cycle oil. I'm embarassed to say even with the latch released...
