I have a 1988 50hp Johnson VRO model: J50BELCCS That wont turn over. I have put new spark plugs new gas and new battery. the compression ratio is 150 on both plugs. I pulled the spark plugs and there isn't any spark on any of the spark plugs. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? power...
