    I have just bought a javelin with a 1995 evinrude intruder 150. Which oil do you use? The vro is bypassed. Oil is mixed with gas. Previus owner said to run only evinrude/johnson oil. He had run the cheaper pennzoil but had the motor lock up. Mechanic told him to run only evinrude/johson...

    1995 150 intruder running hot???

    I posted awhile back about engine skipping if high rpm's were reached. found out that powerpack was going to SLOW mode due to temp sensors. I unplugged sensors and motor would run WOT. Did not run much at WOT just long enough to see what it would do. block felt very warm to hot. pee hole...
