I replaced the water pump on my '77 85hp johnson(85EL77S). The first time I reassembled I crunched a pickup tube. Straightend the tube and rounded it up and made a jig to hold the tubes in the right place and reassembled, 99% sure it's together correctly. Test ran it again with the earmuffs on...
