we have a 1990 150hp johnson motor. We just replaces the lower unit seals because of a leak. Now the boat wont go up on plane. we took it to a dealer for repair but they can't find the problem. We have replace the fuel/oil pump, replace all the fuel, cleaned the carbs....with no improvement...
