    so its starting to warm up here in NM and i was thinking about getting a new prop for my 21' ebbtide, running a 350chevy and a merc. 265hp it has a 19 pitch now and was thinking about a 21? but should i get a 4 blade or what? any info on prop choice will be much appreciated, thanks

    Idle adjustment 5.7 mercarb

    Is there a place to adjust the idle? it hangs @ 500 rpm's and is hard to start without the warm up lever. would the idle adjustment help with the hard to start issue? should be around 600 rpm's at idle correct?

    my fuel gauge does not read squat!:p is there a test i can do to see if its the sender or the gauge? its a faria gauge, thanks

    oil selection??

    I dont live near a dealer so i dont think there is a place to get the 25-40wt quicksilver thats recommended, i plan on A WIX filter and castrol non synthetic but which WT. ? also is there a cross reference for the fuel water separator? 1999 5.7 chevy merc.

    which seating arangement is best??

    we are wanting to buy a bowrider but not sure on the best rear seating so which do yall prefer, driver and passenger with a bench in the back or the driver and passenger with the rear facing seats and the jump seats next to the engine hatch? thanks for any input
