I just rebuilt my 1997 yamaha 80hp lower gear case, and when installing the drive shaft i noticed it fit tight in the needle bearing and i had to tap on it with rubber hammer to get it in. It will turn with a wrench but you cannot turn it by hand, is this normal ? will it loosen up when it runs ?
