I have a 1974 Evinrude Starflite 85 HP engine. Runs great - only worry is the green fluid leaking from the spot in the pictures. Any idea what this is? Also, the one hose is ripped (as seen in last pic) - and this fluid leaks out of there (assuming thats it's only way out). It's been bugging...
