    Throttle Cable

    Just wondering what is the max rpm's for a 93 evinrude 90 v4? when i engage the shifter it will engage the prop but it take almost half of WOT before it will give it gas. do i need to adjust the throttle cable or is that normal. i have a 93 glastron 17' and with me and my wife aprrox 400 lbs it...
