    I recently bought a 1971 Sea Wind with an OMC V-6 3.8 Liter GM motor. The block is cracked. Can I use a block from a 3.8 liter Buick car engine to replace it? If not, why not?

    I recntly bought an old 1971 sea wind with an inboard OMC 3.8 Liter V-6 GM motor. The block was cracked. I am told that I can take a block from a Buick 3.8 Liter and replace the block on the boat motor. Will it work? If not, why not?

    1984 evinrude 115 v4

    I just bought a used sea nymph and took it out for a run for the first time today. It runs OK but it won't go any faster than about 13 MPH, about 2200rpms on the tachometer.
