    Have you ever seen a filter this bad?

    Well my 3.0 wouldn't stay idling or running without pumping the throttle and revving it up. I decided to pull the filter at the carb to replace it since I assumed the previous owner hadn't (plus the boat had been sitting for over a year anyway). This is what I found.
