I recently purchased a 1997 Mariner 175 EFI on a Ranger 1997 690VS. When I run the motor at half throttle or greater and trim the motor, the motor cuts out and noticeably hesitates, then as soon as I let off the trim the motor runs perfectly. This phenomenon does not occur at idle speeds only...
