    I have a 87 Evinrude 50 hp that needs to have the carbs rebuilt. Am I crazy for doing it myself, or should I pay someone $ 200 to do it?     HP Laser Jet 1100

    I have an older laser jet 1100 and a new HP DV6119us lap top computer. The computer has no 25 pin serial port and the printer has no USB port. The port on the printer is about 2/3 the size of a normal serial port. Any ideas has how to get the printer connected. Thanks for the help!! Larry

    Sharp Microwave

    Our microwave stopped heating today. Light and clock work. It makes a crazy loud noise when it runs but does not heat the food up. No metal has been run through it. Any cheap fix or buy a new one.

    head temp 87 Evenrude 50 hp

    replaced t-stat and then checked head temp with an inferred gun. The temp held at 158 degrees. Is that to high. horn works, water coming out of pee hole. Thanks in advance for the help. Larry

    78 Evenrude 50 hp power packs

    I bought a 1978 rebuilt 50 hp Evinrude without power packs. There is an orange wire and orange/blue wire that hook up to the power packs. My question is which one goes to cylinder one. I have the manual but it does not show which wire feed which power pack. Thanks for the help in advance. Larry

    Bolts for t-stat cover

    I misplaced or tossed the bolts for the t-stat cover on a 1987 50 hp Evinrude. Can I go to the hardware store and buy some bolts or do I need to get them from Evinrude. If I remember correctly the bolts have a shoulder on them. Thanks for the help.
