    Replacement OMC Engine wiring harness?

    Anyone know where I can source a replacement wiring harness for a 88 OMC 5.0 GM motor? A few wires are cracked and corroded (a very nice shade of green copper), and if I can just replace the entire harness for a resonable amount, I'm sure it'll save me frustration later :)

    Battery Disconnect on Ground???

    1988 Bayliner Capri 2152, previous owner had replaced original engine cover with bench seating, and installed a battery disconnect on the ground side? Is there _ANY_ good reason for this?
