    mercruiser 4.3 alpha-need ignition control module

    alright.. I need help again, I am still getting no spark in my mercruiser 4.3 vortec after rebuilding the engine, I have since replaced the coil and ignition sensor, and still no spark. My next step is to, I guess, replace the ignition control module... which for the alpha model is around $500...

    Help! still no spark!

    ok, so I've rebuilt the engine, (someone did it for me) replaced the starter, replaced the coil, ignition sensor, checked the distributor cap, wirebrushed connections where necessary, and still have no spark! the engine fully started before it was pulled, with no electrical problems at all, now...

    mercruiser 4.3 not firing.. help!!

    ok so here it is.. I had a friend rebuild my blown 4.3 mercruiser, which had its ups.. and a lot of downs.. I had the starter replaced, ignition coil, drive aligned, and the boat turns over perfectly... with no spark, I thought it was the ignition coil, so I replaced it, but to no avail.. still...
