    Mercury 3000 Classic problems

    I bought a boat and the neutral switch is getting stuck in neutral. I took it apart a couple of times and what is happening is the square key in the mechanism is sliding to one side and not allowing the pin to pop back out. So if the pin is not popped out it will not go into forward or reverse...
