I have a 1995 20hp evinrude, and lately I have noticed gear case lube around the propellar, I pulled the propellar off, and it appeared to be leaking around the propellar shaft, theres a rubber seal around the shaft and I was wondering if that seal justs pops off, and what is the correct name...
