    motor wont start

    I have a 89 3.7litre mercuiser 4 cyl that wont start. Started bogging down as if starving for fuel...i replaced the fuel filter and it ran good for a while....then it stalled and will not start...I'm thinking fuel pump but they say its pretty rare...any suggestings? Also, anyone know whether...

    I have 89 mercruiser 3.7L 4 cyl, 165 hp<br />Boat started bogging down as if starved for fuel, replaced fuel filter and it ran great for 1/2 day, stalled, wouldnt restart. I believe it is the fuel pump but before I replace it anybody have any suggestions? If it is fuel pump can it be rebuilt...
