    I have an omc cobra.When I try to lower the drive I get a clicking sound. I've tested the motor and it runs fine.I have replaced the soliniod.The clicking sound is coming from the relay/circit breaker that is attached to the side of the pump.     I have an 89 omc 2.3 and like I have heard others say mine is also hard to pull into neuteral when moving at a slow speed.but now it won't run at all or when it does start it runs very ruff.Can I somhow bypass it to see if it will run?
