    Evinrude 115hp, pops up when driving

    Hi.. I have a 115 hp Evinrude that when going down the lake at a moderate speed the motor pops up when you hit a wave and cuts off. I do not see a latch to lock it down. or I may just not be looking in the right spot. ANy help would be welcomed. Melissa
