I have a 1999 Crownline 180BR with the Merc 4.3L Alpha One (Carb w/electric fuel pump). There is a total of 77 hours, so it's not old yet. It would only run for 5-10 seconds and sometimes would not start. At the time I had no tester, but I did not feel or hear the fuel pump prime before...
