I have a '86 Johnson 90hp V4 VRO. The engine starts and idles fine. In nuetral I can get high RPMs. When I put it in gear, it bogs down and stalls. All four plugs are subsequently fouled. I have replaced the fuel line, fuel pump (VRO is disabled), and plug wires. The fuel tank and filter are ok...
