I have a 1989 Mercury 50 hp outboard motor.<br />The problem I am having is that the motor only starts with starting fluid also it does not run good with the engine cover on it I have rebuilt<br />the carbs fuel pump and replaced all the hoses and starter what else can I look at to fix this...
