Because of the help from many, including members of this form, I was able to get my 1946 2hp. Evinrude running. I put her on my 12 foot aluminum boat and ran circles in my pond for half an hour and she runs great!! Time to go fishing!<br /><br />Thanks guys :)
I have an old Evinrude outboard that I am rebuilding. It has a serial# plate with the number 4412-02538. Is the first number the model number, which would be a 1946, 2HP? Any info would be appreciated.<br /><br />Thanks, :)
