    During my service on my pre alpha 260 1982, I was under the impression that I could fit a touch over 2qts of mercruiser sae 90. Instead, a touch over 1 qt and it was spewing out of the full plug hole. Am I missing something here?

    How important are "grounding springer" on 1982 mercruise 260 5.7l?

    Can anyone explain the possible risk of not using "grounding springs" for the trim cylinders on my 1982 pre-alpha mercruiser 260? Does it have to do with Corrosion?

    I am considering changing my ujoints. They are not sloppy, but they do feel broken in for sure. Would you guys recommend changing them?
