    Hello, my dad just purchased this Johnson outboard motor and we are unsure of the year. If you could help that would be greatful. Model V4SL 12, serial number 2049092. It is a 75 HP if that helps. Thanks. I want to buy him a manual but need to know the year.

    Can someone help with year on my motor

    Hello all. I have a 65 hp Mercury 650. I have no idea of the year. It is a great running motor. I believe it is a 4 cylinder because of the 4 spark plugs it has. I do have the serial number off the engine. It is 2019099. Thanks for any help I can get.
