    Force eating Battery

    My 87 Force is eating batteries. I just put a new one in and it lasted for less than 1/2 hour. The engine dies after running at 4500 rpm for a minute or so. If I run it at 3500 rpm it'll go for a long time.<br /><br />Any ideas? Might it be a bad stator or rectifier?<br /><br />HELP!!!! :mad:

    1987 Force dies after heating up

    My 1987 Force 90hp motor just developed an interesting problem. If I run it at 4500-5000 rpm, after a minute or two she'll act like it runs out of fuel and dies. After a second or two I can restart it. If I keep this up, it gets increasingly more difficult to keep running to the point where...
