    outboard in water height

    went out on a buddies boat with a similar engine to mine and noticed his seemed to be sitting up higher. his water intakes on his 75hp were only about an inch under water. i noticed when we would do a 1/2 throttle turn one "intake" was open to air. i mentioned something about it and he shrugged...
