    How to troubleshoot my little kickers throttle issue

    I have a 9.9 4 stroke Merc with a commander 2000 side mount control. It starts fine and goes into gear but has no jamb.     9.9 and 120 in/out motor questions

    o.k. my 1993 9.9 merc won't exhaust any water out from the normal port, what could be wrong? next, my 1975(excellent shape)120 in/out board motor stopped trimming up this weekend. I still hear a click from what looks like to be a little starter , maybe solenoid or something from the left rear...
