    mercury not firing on two cylinders but....

    when i remove the two plugs it is not firing on and start it on one then let it run a minute and put the other two plugs in it will run and fire fine any ideas on what to check ? power pack does have a naked wire that isnt attached to anything best i can tell been trying to get this motor going...
