I have an evinrude 40 hp 1963. Electric start,and hasn't run in 15 years but ran when I put it away. I have serviced hoses and carb. Not fuel pump yet. I have good spark on both cylinders and compression. But it won't even fire once with shot of starting fluid in carburetor or in spark...
