    Won't start new carby

    Hi Guys I have a AQ 205A 4.3 ltr just put a purchased rebuilt Rochester Quadrajet on and it won't start.Good spark at the plugs, however very black due to unburnt fuel.Removed spark arrestor and viewed both primaries delivering fuel when throttle fully opened.Could this be a choke set up issue...
