    86 Johnson 6hp fires right up on a half a pull, no choke. But has no beans. Will not "rev up". Linkage seems correct. I can manually reach down to rev it and still nada. Squeezing the primer ball doesn't help. Disassembled the ultra clean carb. No debris or obstructions. Put a kit in it anyway...
