I believe that my Tilt & Trim needs fluid. The motor is in the up position. Can you tell me the location of where I add fluid and can it be done with boat in water or sitting on a lift because, at this time I do not have a trailer.

My motor continues to run, at a slower speed, when I turn the ignition off or when I activate the kill switch. After about 3-5 minutes it will shut off.<br /><br />Any ideas?<br /><br />Thanks, <br /><br />Greenhornet
