end of last year had problem with no pick up till engine warmed up good. it would begin running well in surges of higher rpm's them suddenly kick in. been doing some trouble shooting. the book states between the red and blue staor leads it should read 4000 to 6000 ohms . I am getting 13000ohms...
This motor starts fine. idles ok but i have noticed a little surging in the idle. i let it warm up good at the dock while i load the boat. when i put the motor in gear and try to get rpm's it just boggs. i mean throttle all the way and go know where.if i am not in a rush i will shut the motor...
