I have a 1995 Merc. Force 15 h.p. Serial # OE116173 kicker on my boat. It has not ran in 4 years and it only had about 10 hours on it when it was put in my basement. Started it up last year and it ran and idled like a champ, I was impressed. Took it out on the lake and it started to overheat...
