    Mercruiser Shift Issues

    The V spring that keeps lever centered, I took it off and bent slightly closer together. It takes less force for the shifting to engage the shift cutoff switch. It now works good. I know this isnt the right way and that lower unit is probably otw out but hey, it works!

    Help Finding Replacement Tilt Motor Volvo Penta SX-A

    Volvo Penta SX-A tilt motor went out, verified it’s getting 12V. I have been unable to find a replacement for the little electric motor. I have only been able to find the entire assembly for $1K.
