    What might be the problem

    I have a 2000 Searay 180 BR I/O, just put in a new battery and when I turn the key I hear a click but the starter doesn't start, turn it on and off a few times then it turns over and starts, plus the power trim switches may not work the first couple of times I hit them, then the down trim works...
