Just bought a 2002 17 ft Nitro. Currently has a Mercury 115 with a ss 21 pitch prop. Boat will not plane at all and just plows through water at extremely slow speed. The guy I bought it from said the motor installer told him to replace the 21 with a 19 for faster speed or a 17 to get on place...
