    It's a brand new bulb. I replaced the fuel line, bulb and fittings when I got it. Could it still be crap and new? I still have the old one I can throw on there.

    I had the carb apart…thought i cleaned everything good. I sprayed carb cleaner through everything. Only thing i didnt do was run it through an ultrasonic cleaner.

    There is a bunch of motion in the water behind the engine when run it so I would think exhaust is good. Ill have to check the spark next see if its pushing a hot enough spark but i feel like that would make it skip a bit.

    Ahhh ok that makes sense. So with squeezing the bulb not making a difference would that mean fuel pump not likely the culprit? I was messing with it earlier and if i snap the throttle from idle, it bogs and dies. However if I bring up slow and then start snapping the throttle it seems fine. So...

    I actually was down today and tried that. Pumping the bulb didn't seem to make a difference, however the bulb does seem soft which I found kinda weird.

    Buddy of mine is saying might be a head gasket. Should I pop one on while I have the carb off to clean? I've done heads on cars, but never small engine. Figured since already half apart might as well do....thoughts?

    Tried that before as well....not sure it was 6 and half drops, but it didn't do anything.

    Yep, I actually had to drill out the cap that was covering the screw, as the adjustment was still factory sealed. Put the new needle in that came with the carb kit. And yep, adjusted. It was running like a champ for the past 3 months.

    Oh I had it all apart, didn't just toss it in the cleaner lol. It was down to bare carb before soaking.

    Great thanks. I had soaked it in Chem-sip originally. Then sprayed down with carb cleaner. Maybe I will go grab an ultrasonic cleaner.

    Holding plug against block. Nice bright spark on both plugs.
