    Trying to get 85hp 1975 engine running.

    Trying to get my engine running after changing the water pump. The engine hasent been run for awhile. I managed to get it to turn over. But it stalls. What concerns me is the sound it makes at the :17 second mark. Kinda like it's on, but something isn't engaging. Just a spinning sound.
